We receive a lot of the same questions regarding orders, status, and a few other frequently asked questions. While we try our best to get back to each person quickly,, time spent answering questions takes away from packaging your orders. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us!

How fast will my order ship?

As you know our tees and sweatshirts are professionally printed. Due to being professionally printed and the high volume of orders we have (especially during holidays) your order is guaranteed to ship within 7 business days. Our turn around is typically 4-7 days. At times your order ships next day but, that is not guaranteed or always the case. If you need something asap, you need to reach out to us before placing your order. Wholesale turnaround time is 2-9 business days, retail turnaround time is 2-7 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

We only allow pickups from our local zip code. We do have a local pickup warehouse and you can email us to find out more about our times and days in the warehouse. Typically we are only there M-F 9-3 but those hours may vary as we are not a retail location. If you are local and live in of Merkel, Texas you can pick up your order. We now have a 'local pickup' option at checkout. Just choose that and once your order is ready, you will receive an email. Please note, for pickup orders the same production/turnaround times above apply.

 I received a shipping notification but don't see the mail system updated.

We pre-print labels to help expedite our packing process. We've started putting your order/package together and will ship it out within our turnaround time. All turnaround times are listed on each product as well. Wholesale turnaround time is 2-9 business days, retail turnaround time is 2-7 business days.

My order hasn't moved and it's been over the shipping turnaround time.

Please use the contact form or email us at pricklypeartx@gmail.com (please do not send us a message on social) and we will get back to you within 24 business hours M-F to see if your package is delayed, provide you with updated tracking, or see how we can help. Mail systems do not always scan at each location, and that is absolutely out of our control. Your package should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment depending on your location (we are located near central TX).

I have tried to apply for wholesale but the form will not submit.

Darn, we know sometimes tech is tricky! Please feel free to shoot us an email at pricklypeartx@gmail.com but for approval we will need ALL of the information that we require on the form, otherwise we cannot approve your application, it will be denied.

Can I use more than one code on an order?

You can only use one code per order. This applies to gift cards, credit, and VIP codes. Only one code may be used per order.
